This is because without balck pepper or bioperine (which is in this supplement) the turmeric will not absorb properly and you’ll find yourself visiting the toilet more often! Bioperine is in most turmeric supplements, it works much better during the digestion process than raw black pepper, so keep that in mind!

  2. Doesn’t taste nice-but isn’t disgusting.” lol That had me rolling. I’m glad they have this in pill form for people that don’t care for flavor and I know I don’t consume enough of it often enough so a supplement form is awesome.
    I really like that it has anti-inflammatory properties which is great for my acne prone skin. The fact that it’s a natural brain bthe taste. I think it tastes quite nice and usually use turmeric freshly ground in smoothies or juices. It’s definitely a unique ooster as well and can help lift me out of my sometimes monthly fogs is great to know and has got me sold! Thanks for the product review and links!

    1. Some customers experience benefits straight away. However, because of so many lifestyle factors to consider, individual results do vary. It took me 1-2 weeks to notice a change.

I am curry crazy and cook with turmeric every day and even when I am not cooking curry I will try to sneak the tumeric in somehow because of its health benefits but I wasn’t aware about Bio perine that you discuss in your article. Also, the problem when you are cooking with it as you point out is you really don’t know how much or how little you are taking or absorbing. Happy to know that there is another way of keeping up my tumeric levels without everything I cook being bright yellow!!!!!

I take turmeric in my Keto coffee (Butter, Coconut Oil, Heavy Whipping Cream, and Turmeric powder) every morning after my workout and it does have all the benefits you stated. Additionally, it does have quite a bit of healing power as well and reading your reviews solidifies my thought of it as well. However, I take the powder version of turmeric. What is the difference if you don’t mind me asking? I will surely be looking at grabbing some of your product. Thanks!

    1. The difference is the amount of Curcumin in Turmeric powder varies in the powder, whereas in the supplement it doesn’t. By taking the supplement you can track exactly how much Curcumin you are getting. I have read that for it’s therapeutic benefits, it’s best to take a Turmeric supplement. Hope this helps!
