Hi everyone and welcome to the fitness feeling site. Staying active and keeping fit has always been a part of my life. Throughout my teen years I’ve purchased countless products to gain muscle and have found out what works best for me. I made this website to make it easier for people who may feel the same to find the help they need and find what works best for them.
A BIT ABOUT MY FITNESS JOURNEY
I first started training with weights when I was 15 years old and since then I have spent hours on the internet searching for the best ways for me to gain muscle or “get big”. I’ve always been a skinny guy and I have found it difficult to consistently gain muscle as I’d usually give up for a while with either my training or my diet, the latter mostly! However, everyone will go through stages of doubting themself and giving up but I’ve realised that deep down if you want something, you’ll keep trying and you have to back yourself 100%.
When I first started all I wanted to be was the biggest and strongest guy in my friendship group and my goals were definitely ego based. I soon realised that the person I just descibed was not who I wanted to be, I realised going to the gym lifted me up when I was down and gave me a desire to better myself in other areas. I started to apply myself a lot in school and came out with grades I was very proud of, and now I’m in University with a mindset that I can go far in life. Furthermore, my social network improved and I found people that have the same goals as me and support me and generally better me as a person.
LEND A HELPING HAND
I want to help you all because I understand that for some it can be a massive struggle just getting out of bed in the morning and doing the tasks that everyday life demands. Different body types can make it difficult to determine what is right for you, but I aim to give you more idea of that here. I want to make it less time consuming to learn about gaining muscle and for people to avoid the mistakes I did at first.
Much of the content I talk about here is going to be centred around improving your knowledge of how to build muscle and applying that knowledge to improve your fitness.
MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT
From my experience it’s good discipline and consistency that are vital to staying in good shape. One way that I manage to do this by identifying my exact goal and after every step towards that goal is met, the motivation and sense of accomplishment keep me going.
So knowing what you want is important because if you dont, you’ll drift and likely give up. If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below and I can help.
All the best,
